微信这事儿，特朗普政府改主意了？(3)

起诉方主理律师迈克尔·比恩（Michael Bien）表示—— “特朗普的禁令将使得美国微信用户失去他们每天生活中非常重要的一部分。美国用户依靠微信沟通交流、组织社群、经营生意和参与政治活动。”

特朗普的微信禁令若生效，无疑将剥夺这些权利。而美国的宪法第一修正案禁止政府制定任何法律限制言论自由、媒体自由以及组织和集会自由。

比恩补充说： “最高法院知道社交媒体应用程序和功能就相当于社会公共空间。它就像一个可以讲话、演讲、学习、分享知识和信息的广场。”

Given that the app is the primary way for many of its U.S。 users to communicate， organize social groups， run businesses and engage in political activities， “the Trump ban is going to stop [U.S。 WeChat users‘] use of something that is so fundamental in their lives，” said the lead attorney Michael Bien。

“The Supreme Court has recognized that social media applications and functions are similar to a public space in our society。 It is like the square where you can talk， you can give speeches， you can learn things and share ideas and information。 And that‘s what WeChat’s being used for，” he added。

沙珠2008年离开中国，目前在一家中资咨询公司担任公关经理。对她来说，微信不仅是可以储存人民币的“钱包”，更重要的是，微信里还保存了四年前去世的父亲留下的视频和音频片段。
